LICENSED CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER

In-network with Highmark/BCBS and Quest (Penn Behavioral); accepts Pennsylvania Victim’s Compensation Fund

Do you feel held back by memories of traumatic events? Is anxiety or depression keeping you stuck? You don’t have to figure it out on your own.

There is hope.

Together we can engage in the process of healing from past hurt and pain to bring you to a sense of peace, wholeness, and wellbeing. In my practice, I work with individuals who have experienced trauma, relationship issues, difficulty with dating/finding the right partner, career decisions, navigating life transitions, and self esteem.  I work best with individuals who are curious to understand themselves and others, and who are able to think about connections and patterns in their lives.

I help my clients develop tools to heal from trauma, communicate more effectively in their relationships, clarify their needs and goals, unlearn old unhelpful beliefs about themselves, and get unstuck from painful patterns that are holding them back. I'll move at your pace, while also challenging you to grow.

We can create space for possibility, acceptance, and change by building insight and understanding into your past and present experiences.

Starting a journey of self exploration and growth takes courage. If you are wondering if I may be a good fit, reach out for a free 15 minute consultation today to get started. I look forward to hearing from you.

I received my Masters in Social Work from The University of Pennsylvania in 2019. Prior to becoming a psychotherapist, I worked with nonprofits on systems and organizational change including DEI and anti-racism work, and art facilitation with youth.
